You must be 18 years of age and able to work in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. Jagex does not base their selection process on only what degree the candidate has, but rather upon how bright, passionate, and determined they are.
In order to apply, you'd need to go to their Career Portal, located at http://www.jagex.com/careers, and review their information first. (You'll find that they seem to be an EXCELLENT employer) Then you should check to see if there's a position that fits your experience. If you're unsuccessful, Jagex will automatically consider you for a different position. If there's no position open for your experience, they'll keep your record on file for year, and you be considered for any positions that come up.
Good luck with applying, and how I envy you! (Just a few more years. ;) )

The only way to become a Jagex Moderator is to be employed by Jagex itself. This means that you will need to be successful in an application for one of the available positions. After you have started working you will be given a Jagex Moderator character for work purposes. We do not upgrade game characters to Jagex Moderators and you cannot use these characters to play the game on.
