If this is for the PC version, you press down [Ctrl] [Shift] [C] and then a blue box should appear at the top of the screen. To view some of the cheats, type in 'help' and it will come up with a list of some cheats. Otherwise you just enter the cheat you wish to have into the box and press Enter.

Bring up the cheat box and type in agingoff.
Click ctrl shift and c to bring up the cheat box, then type in maxmotives, it should make all your family- including pets happy :) Or on the neighbourhood, type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, and then you can drag up any of your family's- including pets- motives :)
You have to Ctrl+Alt+Cif it doesn't work then you must have some kind of bug becuzIt works for me on Sims pets
Hold down Ctrl + Shift +c , then type forcetwins in the cheat box. This can only be done when the sims is wearing maternity, and has a bump. Then when the sims gives birth, they should have two.
I'm not quite sure if its called the cheat menu or not but u can bring up the box in which u write the cheats by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C, then bring up a list of cheats by typing help -all into the cheat box. Hope that's what your question meant Have fun with the Sims 2

Sims 1-yes. You can put in the cheat: move_objects on and put a box around it or take away a door in a room without food- but killing them is violent!
Bring up the cheat box ( ctrl shift c) and type aging off, to turn it back on just bring up the cheat box again and type aging on.
Actully no if you do that for a week they will have an A+ by Friday!
