You can't.
Unless you mess with the game files, you can't change the ID of items. However, you can change the item names by placing the item in the anvil and naming it to whatever you want.
You would have to find that item in the game files, and replace it with an image file.
Edit the textures in item/chests folder.
put in the tool/item you want to change look at the top where it says its name if you click it then you can change it. it the item is enchant able then you can mold enchantments together
Minecraft's Item ID's can be found on Minecraft Wiki. Link in related links.
No, you can't take one item from a Minecraft mod unless there is a separate mod which contains that one item.
Minecraft randomly generates the world as you explore it. This means that no one has the same map as you. Unlike some other games, Minecraft does not name the random terrain it generates. However, feel free to name your islands yourself. You may find the sign item useful for keeping track of your creative names.
Every major update to Minecraft the id's on some items change. Go to the the MinecraftWiKi and they will have the updated list. Or you can change your mode from survival to creative mode and just use the item you want.
