How do you climb up the waterfall in Skyward Sword?

go to the secluded part of skyloft near the entrance to the waterfall cave. if you look up and a bit to your left you'll see an island with vines on it. clawshot up it, and then clawshot to the island with the water fall that never seems to run out of water. climb up. if you do this at night you'll find a gratitude crystal and a gossip stone. you can jump from this and land in the birds nest on a tower (oppisite side of water) to find Bertie's baby's rattle.

There is a little island floating in the air on your left side. it's sorta up high, so you might have to look up. there are some vines on the side. you cant really see them, but when you get your clawshots out, it'll show that you can clawshot up there. when you clawshot up there, the island where water from the waterfall has some vines on the side as well. again, use your clawshots. finally, you will see the chest.

Stand near a small hole and press A to go inside. Once inside hold Control Stick forward to crawl inside the hole.

You hold down the R button on the remote and then hold up on the joystick to move climb up a rope.
