How do you download expansion packs on Age of Empires 3?

When you start the game and the little window pops up with the options on it (play, exit. etc...) there is an option called Game Data. Select this option and tick the boxes next to the name sof the DLCs. If this does not work then you may have incorrectly installed the DLCs.

A mod loader can also be used to add your DLCs to the game.

Its easy. all you have to do is take out your Sims 3 game put in expansion pack then it will load for a while and then there's your expansion pack.
