There are Big Poes located throughout Hyrule Field and ten in all need to be gathered to finally get the remaining bottle in the game. Whilst riding Epona from place to place throughout the game you will noticingly see the sky darken and a ghost figure weilding a lantern will appear and start moving away from you. While still riding Epona head in the direction of the ghost and effectively aim three shots of the Bow and Arrow on the Big Poe and they will fall, once they do get out an empty bottle and bottle them up. To effective do it a timely manner have all your bottles empty as to not waste time going back and forth ten times. Once all poes have been collected and brought to the poe collector he will give an bottle and the last you can get in the game bringing the total to 4. Big Poes are ONLY found in Hyrule Field and no where else in the game, so keep on riding Epona and practicing your aim with the Bow and Arrow at the target practice in Gerudo Hideout.

First off, make sure you have the power bracelet from fire island. Use your mirror shield to shine light on the boss, and then pick him up (that's what you need the bracelet for) and throw him at the spikes on the wall. He'll turn into a bunch of smaller poes. Kill the smaller poes (the hurricane spin works wonders here) and then you'll win the fight. If you dont kill all the poes at first, just repeat the earlier steps.
