You have to have an Action Replay and use either the Max Bells/Full Savings Account cheat, or the mortgages only cost 1 bell. You pay them off, then reset the clock in your game to the next day, and repeat. There is no way to finish them in one day Animal Crossing time, but in real life time, this is effective.
