How do you fixed your bugged RuneScape account?

To recover your password on Runescape, on the homepage click on 'Account' on the navigation bar at the top of the page, you then click on 'account management' when you will then be linked to another page.

You then find recover password and click on 'recover now' you should be then transferred to the Jagex website, you then enter the name of the account you want recovered, Jagex will require for you to answer some questions for proof that you actually own the account, you should answer these to the best of your ability and provide as much information as possible.

You then have to wait 1-2 days for Jagex to process your request and to decide if you have provided enough correct information for them to recover your password for you.

To recover a disabled account, which means your account is already been disabled, and you still have right password, in this case, you need to log on

runescape home page ------> Help -------> Appeal Bans&Mutes, to unban your account, you could describle what you want to say to help you get your account back, and anway, once an account got disabled, jagex would not release the account for you. there is very little chance for you to get account back.

Umm you go to the recovery forgotten or stolen password place at account management place and answer ecovery questions... if you havent put recovery questions or cant remember them youre pretty screwed :)

Jagex does not open any email claims. The only claim you can open with them is billing issues, which are more with PayPal, then Jagex. However, you can open an appeal to recover a lost or forgotten password. To recover you will need to provide as much evidence that you ownedthe account, providing previous passwords is mandatory.
