How do you get a penguin on mysims kingdom?

Emperor Penguin

Once the game is installed, there is an automatic option of adopting an emperor penguin.

Rockhopper Penguin

You must have Zoo Tycoon 2: Marine Mania installed on your software. Once installed, there is an automatic option of adopting a rockhopper penguin.

Killer Penguin

You must have Zoo Tycoon 2: Extinct Animals installed on your software. Once installed, you must follow a series of steps.

1. Place a Research Lab in your zoo.

2. Find some fossils until you have all the fossils for any dinosaur (you can do this yourself or hire paleontologist to do it for you).

3. Once you have all the pieces, assemble the fossil completely.

4. Click on the Create Animal tab.

5. This is the tricky part. You have to have made a certain number of mistakes to get a Killer Penguin.

* You know how if you mess up, you unlock a frog, butterfly, squirrel, etc. to place in the zoo to act as a scenery item? Well the Killer Penguin acts as one, except it can be placed in an exhibit and act as an animal in your zoo.

6. Once after successfully "messing up" creating an animal and have a Killer Penguin egg, place the egg in a new exhibit (it will kill any other animals ex. emperor penguin, unless you want it to kill an animal).

7. Wait for the egg to hatch. Once it cracks open, you will have a Killer Penguin.

* Does it already seem big now? After a while, it will become bigger.

* Once you have a Killer Penguin, you can not release it into the wild or let another zoo adopt it (the only way of ridding it is when it eventually dies).

This is my favorite question! Just to warn you before I tell you how to do this DO NOT PUT A KILLER PENGUIN IN WITH REGULAR ONES or it will eat them all trust me I've had one and its not to pretty. Now to the answer, go to your lab were you create creatures (you can use any fossil at all) and start playing the game to make your fossil come to life. Try your hardest to fail at the mini game by missing all the buttons, but don't completely fail. Try to hit a 35%-45% on completing your dinosaur, in the end you should have a killer penguin if not keep trying until you get it because it toke me a long time to complete. Another few tips for you, killer penguins can eat lions, Yeah I'm serious!

To find a penguin first make either a snowman or igloo using the Synth-O-Tron. Then place it in one of the snow fields and wait until morning. Then in the morning have a look around the object and you should find a penguin! Good luck! :)
