How to Re-obtain your Hacked/Stolen/Lost account (For Non-Members)

If you are a member and unable to find your upgrade payment information, please try this method to get your account back.

Information needed:

Account Name

Account email Address that you used for sign-up

1. Go to the Webform for recovering your account: Account Hacked/Stolen/Lost Webform

2. Enter your Account User Name and your email address used for sign-up.

3. Type your email again and make sure it is correct - DO NOT PUT THE HACKER'S EMAIL!

4. Choose payment type or put Free Account if you are a non-member.

5. Enter your transaction ID if you have it or NONE

6. Please enter as much information as possible in the comments section, including if was Hacked/Lost/Stolen, if you gave your password to someone, or whatever the situation is.

After you submit the web form email to us, it can take up to 3 business days to receive a response. Do not send another email unless it has been 4 business days. Sending multiple emails will not get you help any faster. Please note, if you try and use the web form to gain access to an account that is not yours, your own account(s) may be disabled. Also, please make sure you include your sign-up email in the webform, especially if you are not emailing us from it or you no longer have access to it. If you do not, we can only assume you are trying to gain control to an account that is not yours and you will be sent back to this help page.

When your account has been reset, we will send you an email to the email address you put into the web form.

Please note: If you have a free account and do not have a signup email, or your signup email is fake, or you no longer have access to your signup email address, verifying account ownership gets a little more difficult. Please visit our How to Add/Change a Signup Email Help Page.
