To get clothes on Roblox first you need to be logged in and visit the catalog. After arriving at the catalog on the left you can filter by shirts for tops and pants for bottoms. Once you choose which of there you want(Shirts or pants) and click on the link then you can search for specific clothes using the search bar. After you find something you want click on it then click buy. Assuming you have enough money you will purchase the item.
