How do you get from 58 mining to 60 mining fast on runescape for nonmembers?

I would recommend powermining iron ore either in the South-East Varrock mine, or the Dwarven Mine. Once you have level 60 mining, mine coal in the mining guild 'til 85. Then, mine runite ore, which sells for about 20,000 gp each in the grand exchange!

(If you have lvl 30 smithing, use iron and coal to make steel bars)
