First you have to bring a Pokemon that knows DIVE and a Pokemon that knows SURF
Second you must surf on the current (keep on Surfing until you get to a spot that is surrounded by 5 rocks)
Third You must dive and there will be a bunch of plaques with braille on it. (Look up what the braille words mean on Google but i know you need a wailord and something else)
