As you travel around to various worlds, some of the heartless in each world will drop HP orbs as you fight them. They are green, and as you collect them, they increase your HP by a few points. Also, there are many potions you can buy or receive from these heartless that have various levels of strength. Finally, save points will replenish your HP when you save or when you just stand on them for a couple seconds. I hope that helps! c:
