How do you get hydraulics on midnight club LA?

I think that you need to have an internet connection (on the console you're playing) and you must be a member of Rockstar Game's Social Club. Using that you can somehow download the stuff that unlocks it. That's just what I read, I am not a member of the Social Club myself. Hope this helps.

if your talking about midnight club LA the all you have to do is win a lot of races in muscle cars and they should come up in the prize thingy at the end of a race

MCLA already has it. Go to performance, chassis, then hydraulics. It doesn't work for all vehicles, though. Mostly muscle cars.

It's been a while since I did it but I think u have to link it up to Xbox live and do something else. That is as much as I remember hope it helps
