You cannot gain infinite health in single player nor multi player in Call of Duty 4. There is however, an infinite ammunition cheat in single player which is unlock once the player collects every Intel piece within the game and has completed the game.

Two ways. Super aim-bot and super bullet penetration. You can easily spawn kill like that. The other way would to use an invincibility hack. I don't know the process of hacking the game because I am a legit gamer and proud of it. Well, not really.

actually you can but only in the story mode just find all the Intel then press start then go to cheats and there it is but it locks all achievements

You can't. Unless you have the PC Version, or the 360 version, and you could mod it.
