How do you get into space on Grand Theft Auto 4?

There really is no actual way to get into space in GTA 4, but there is a similar glitch in the Ballad of Gay Tony. Fly a helicopter to the top of the building in Algonquin with the purple edges (near Star Junction). There will be a set of doors on the south end of the skyscraper. Go through them until you fing the eleavator shaft, then go down it. Walk around the area after you exit the shaft and keep hitting Y (xbox) until it looks like Luis is climbing down a ladder. Go down the ladder and you should be in a space-like area. However, you should save your game before you do this because there is no way out of there unless you restart the game.
