One way that I use is this:
step 1: train your slayer level to 83
step 2: do the troll quests to obtain access into the Godwars dungeon
step 3: obtain wearable items of Zamorak and Saradomin (ex: Sara trimmed rune armor or trimmed dragonhide or holy and unholy books)
step 4: kill spirit mages in godwars, they drop dragon boots that sell for 500k and you can get them roughly 1 every 125 kills.
