You can either do that and never afford anything in the store or you can go the the Malo Mart in Kakoriko Village, and speak to Gor Ebizo to donate 2,000 rupees, not all at once you come back and make donations until 2,000 is met ( or 200 Repees if you helped build the bridge). Malo tells you to visit the new shop, once he's set up. Once set up (you will get a letter from the postman from Malo, who's making you a special offer of magic armor in the grand opening special) go to the storefront where chudley's emporium once stood. Malo's mug is plasterd all over the place, and the previously snooty attendant welcomes you warmly. Step right up and buy the incredibly discounted items
