well you go to the top of the map up in the middle then you go to the wall on the right and push left on the dpad 3 times and then push a and move to the right 360 four times and jump off you will find that u fall through the map and then are shot up outside the map and you can free roam.
you need commando pro and pain killer for this glitch.
