The Escalation map pack is not map pack 2 and it was released for the Xbox 360 on May 3 2011 and should come out after June 2 2011 for the PS3 Call of Duty Black Ops the related link says PC and PS3 will be June 3 2011

It will not come out because it is only Part of the Escalation Map Pack which will come out sometime after June 2 2011. If you want the Zombie map you will have to purchase the complete Escalation map pack for $15. It is not going to be sold separately
