This mission is intesely hard because the helicopters are too high to reach and they always fire at you. The authorities infinetly respawn and they always shoot you when you have got the car, damaging the 1st car if its hit and the second car will get hit even if the shot is at you so you don`t have much room but theres a way but its extremely hard, you must jump the whole way when you get the car. If you succesfully do this you will be asked to scan a helicopter. Just shoot the helicopter because its the decepticon blackout then defeat him by strafeing and laser shooting him but not missiles because he will Dodge them.
Follow Barricade past the police, down to the bridge and then Barricade and Bumble Bee transform and talk. Then defeat Barricade. His weakness is Ranged Secondary attacks.
When you move to the hover dam on the bridge some cars will come past and one of them is a flame truck when you return to tranquillity from the Arctic you will see the flame truck
