There are 2 ways a Sim can become pregnant: 1. Having woohoo 2. Being abducted by aliens The most common, and easiest way to get a female Sim pregnant is to make her have woohoo with another Sim. First, build up the relationship between a male and a female until they fall in love, then get them into a double bed. Click on one of them, then click "try for baby". They will woohoo. Once they are done, you will hear a noise (I can't describe it), then congratz! Your Sim is pregnant. Expect the baby in a couple of days. Another way to get a Sim pregnant (this only works with males - I know, freaky, eh?), is to have them abducted by aliens. Click on a telescope at night, and then click "stargaze". The chances of accuactly being abducted are about 1/50, so if you want to cheat, bring up the cheat menu using CTRL+SHIFT+C, and type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (without the quotation marks). Then, hold down SHIFT and click the telescope, and this time click "get abducted", and voila! Your Sim is abducted. After a while, they will come back, and there's a slim chance they will pregnant. (remember - male Sims only!) If you play as the Curious family in Strangetown, one of the brothers, I think it's Lazlow, is programmed to be abducted and become pregnant whenever you make him stargaze. you dont, all you do is kiss you partner (you have to have a high relationship with this person) A LOT then the menu that says" you had a baby! its a (gender)" Or something like that, or you will get a phone call asking if you want to adopt a child.

I do not own this game but I believe you just get the special "love bed" or something and then "play around in it" and try this till she gets pregnant. Also you could just ask your spouse about having a baby, if they accept a baby will arrive at your doorstep.

How to get a sim pregnant!

1) Get two sims married, (if they are not already)

2) Make them both relax on the bed at the same time

3) Click on the sim that you are not playing as on the bed

4) Click on 'Try for baby'

5) watch your sims woohoo

6) Wait a few days, (Around 3 - 5 sim days) Your sims belly will get larger over time

7) When your sim sticks her hand in the air, she is going to give birth

8) After she has given birth you will be asked to choose name/s for your sims baby/s.

9) Once you have chosen the names you will be able to get on with your lifes with new family members.

10)That is how you get your sims pregnant (and a few extra details)

You can't really get pregnant on The Sims 1. But the way to have a baby is to kiss a few times and a pop up comes and asks if they want a baby.
