you save it as a .gif then go to Windows Movie Maker. Click import media and find the gif. open it and go to a sound website. (i.e. findsounds.com) Right click on the URL for the sound and click save target as. Go back to WMM and click Import Audio. Snyc the sounds with the animation and your done! To put it on YouTube, click File at the top and then click Publish. Go to YT and click upload. Browse for the file, double-click it an Upload. YouTube!
