How do you get the Fire Tunic of the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess?

In order to get the tunic WITHOUT buying it, you need to stop rolling Goron in Goron City with a Bomb or Bombchu and calm the Goron down. If the tunic is eaten by a Like Like, you can buy it from the Goron Shop for 200 Rupees.

You don't get the fire tunic in twilight princess, you get your standard tunic, Zora's armor, and the magic armor that uses up rupees as you wear it and take damage

You get the Zora Armor by escorting Telma, Ilia, and Prince Ralis from Castle Town to Kakariko Village. After accomplishing this, follow the Queen to a secluded area of the Graveyard, and she will reward you with the Zora Armor.

The Goron Tunic can be obtained in a variety of ways. If Link stops the rolling Goron in Goron City with a well-placed Bomb or Bombchu, the young Goron reveals himself to be Darunia's son and gives Link the Goron Tunic. The tunic can also be purchased at the Goron Shop for 200 Rupees.
