If by "deed" you mean the Cabana Deed, you need to go to Mrs. Marie's School of Joy on Windfall Island, give the teacher 20 Joy Pendants (it doesn't have to be all at once), then she will give you the Cabana Deed. On the map, "Private Oasis" will become "Link's Oasis". Also, you need this to complete the bit where you complete the Triforce.
