To recuit Hojima in Metal Gear Solid:Peace Walker, you have to go on the mission which you search for Zadornov (past the Peace Walker Battles) where he's hiding in one of the trucks. One of the trucks have Hokima in them. If you select that truck with Hojima in it, Snake will use the Fulton System on Hojima to extract him to Mother Base.
No, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is a PSP exclusive.

No.
If you mean story wise then I believe it goes: Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Metal Gear Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake Metal Gear Solid Metal Gear Solid 2 Metal Gear Solid 4 But I may be wrong, and that isn't counting either of the Portable Ops games.
You need to collect peace walker type 2 or custom memory boards and also do a couple of battles not damaging the head or legs much and soon enough your zeke is even cooler than before!
No. Peace Walker takes place between MGS3, Portable Ops, and MGS5. Raiden appears later in MGS2, MGS4 and Revengeance.

As of 2012, there exist three Metal Gear Solid games with the exception of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance for the Microsoft Xbox 360. They are Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. They are part of the Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection, and can also now be purchased separately.
