In order to get the Plaga removal laser, you need to beat the game on Professional mode. After that, it should be in stores. Not only does it cost absolutely nothing, it's an infinite gun. All's you have to do is either hold X (PS2 version) or A (Wii version) to charge it to its full capacity. Another cool thing you can do is use it to stun your enemies if they get too close for comfort.
