There are basically 3 ways to get 10th Prestige in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

1. Kill millions of players online, spend hundreds of hours ranking and prestiging up.

2. Have someone "mod" your 10th prestige on through a system link on a website.

3. Join a "10th lobby" as many people call them. These are lobbies where players with "JTAGGED" Xbox 360's are able to give you 10th prestige just by joining the game. (These can be risky if you do not use a reputable lobby site )

to gain the 10th stage of prestige on "call of duty 4, modern warfare" it is going to take you around 20 days or so, there are hacks that can be used to interfere with the reference of your ratio and score system to trick the game into thinking that you are higher than you really are. however i highly discourage this and it is illegal to perform an action as such. when you gain the 10th stage of prestige you can no longer gain any more prestige and it is the highest possible stage you can get
