It is POSSIBLE. But don't believe trolls, I don't want to attract people by posting stupid links everywhere. To hack, you have to login as a different account, aka using different IP address, to do that, you can go to Google and search "free proxy servers", they help you to hide your IP address, once you got in one (Note: Becareful there are troll websites everywhere when you searching) you can find some blanks to type in your URL (Your city address)(e.g.: www.yourcityname.myminicity.com) and click OK or Go, if you're lucky you will start QUEUING at the line that offers you service, since too much people are using proxy servers. You probably wait long, then it will load to your page, if you're unlucky, when you click OK or Go, you will be directed to the owner of the website's myminicity. So becareful.
