Here's some step by step detailed instructions...
1. Enter the application minecraft PE
2. When you enter you will see three buttons, click "play"
3. Now at the top-right part of the screen there will be a "new" button, click that
4.Now at the top-right corner there should be two buttons one that says "advanced" and another that has a plus sign with an arrow coming out. Click the one with the plus sign.
5. Now fill out the server info and click done. It will not take you back to the "Worlds" page so you have to go back there yourself.
