Unfortunately, unless you are a modder of somesort, you cannot keep the Death Machine in Zombies. It was made as a temporary perk like any other perk in the game. However in multiplayer you can get a Death Machine from a carepackage and keep it until someeone kills you or you run out of ammo on it.
