Please note I m level 68 Is it recommended to kill green dragons in the chaos tunnels since that is not part of the wilderness and it is pvp now even if there are baby black dragons there?
Best avoid it - because of the pvp, there are other places to train like at Taverly Dungeon on the Baby Blue Dragons, or if exp is your thing the best monsters are level 25 Experiments (100Hp - gives 400xp per kill) near Canfis (Creature of Fenkenstrain quest) doing the quest will introduce the dungeon with them in to you.
