Use your grapple bowtie to pull you up near the roof, and he will try to smash you.
*GLITCH NOTE
If Director D stops moving, the game has crashed. Reboot Poptropica and replay the BAD hideout sequence. It should not happen twice.
You get on top of his contraption and wait until he almost hits the ceiling to get off and he'll hit the ceiling. Do this until he says he gives up and you finished spy island!
Use the Grappling Bowtie to reach the ceiling. He will try to smash you, but will damage the control chamber instead. After 4 times, he will crash and you have beaten the island. If he knocks you off the ceiling, you can grapple back up with no loss.Important Note : If either the mini-bots or Director D stop moving, you have unfortunately encountered a lock-up of the game. You will have to reboot your browser and replay the B.A.D. scene. This is a known problem, apparently uncorrected.
Ok, you got that flying thing, right? Use it and hit the ceiling and Director D will follow you and hit the robot. Keep doing it until his robot gets destroyed. And the minions of his, do the same thing
Use the grappling bowtie to go up to the ceiling and hang there. When he comes up to hit you, he will crash. If you fall, go back up again. After 4 hits, his machine collapses and you have won the island.
you use the grapple bowtie to connect to a part of the ceiling and wait for ex-director d to come up and at the last second disconnect from the roof and he will hit it do that 5 times and you win the level.
You can't, so you have to disable the flying control center. Use your grappling bowtie to grapple to the ceiling of the room. When he tries to hit you there, he crashes. After 4 times hitting the ceiling, the control center falls and you have beaten Director D and won the Island Medallion! (If the game does not automatically take you back to Spy Headquarters building on Main Street, you can use the teleporter to return to the computer room, and walk back to Main Street to collect your Island Medallion.)
Use the grapple bowtie to reach the ceiling, and he will try to smash you there. If he stops moving, there is a glitch and the game has locked up. Reboot Poptropica and play the control center part over again. The same applies if a mini-bot stops attacking.
what you have to do is keep jumping close to the ceiling and it will hit him so do this until he gives up. :)
Yes
The "big robot" is the mobile satellite control room on the BAD satellite. Director D is using it to attack you after you beat his mini-bots. Grapple on top of the room, or get near the ceiling. Director D will try to hit you and crash into the roof, damaging the device. After three hits, he should crash.
Does it make sense if you translate it literally? If it does, it's not an idiom. Have you ever seen anyone actually hit a ceiling? No, so this must be an idiom.
that doesnt even make sense! lawl that doesnt even make sense! lawl
