To use a certain seed in minecraft: Pocket Edition, you must type it in when creating a new world. You should see a bar for a seed in the menu for creating a new world. If you wish to type a number or word seed in, simply click the seed bar, the keyboard will pop up, and you can type the seed you wish to use in.

Open 'Start Game', press 'Create new' and enter the seed in 'Seed for the world generator'. But remember that PE seeds are not the same as on the computer.
