you cant since you can only crossbreed in Animal Crossing wild world.

I suddenly got a Orange Rose out of no where

I believed you need Red Rose and Yellow Rose ( Don't know how many)

and wait for a couple or weeks/days

you can't. But you can make other colored hybrid colors such as pink, blue, and orange.
