During create a sim under basics you will be able to change the sims name (first and last), age, skin color, WEIGHT, muscle size, muscle tone, and for female sims, breast size. Hoped this helped! :)

To make your Sim poop in Sims FreePlay, first ensure they have the "toilet" item available in their home. Tap on the toilet, and then select the "Use Toilet" action from the menu. Your Sim will then go to the toilet and perform the action. Keep in mind that Sims can only use the toilet when they have a full bladder need, so make sure to monitor their needs!
You can't permanently delete a Sim without deleting the entire family from the game. You can make them temporarily disappear, but how to do that is for you to figure out.
