How do you make your sim run away?

You just press Ctrl+Shift+C and then you type in Runaway(the name of the sim you want to Run away)Neighborhood and then you pick up your phone and call the taxi cab and it will take you anywhere away from your home. And when you start to get tired from being away from your family and get tired of partying and having no place to live or you can live with someone else if you want to. Then you just type Returnhome(the name of sims you want to return home) pick up the phone call a taxi cab and it will take you directly home. you just make ur sims hate each other alot. this works best with teenage sims and their parents. if in the relationship bar it goes under -50 teens may run away from home. if its the parents, then they can just move out or get a divorce!!! hope this helps!!!!! Ciao!!!!

You can't but if you want it to die you dont feed it at all.
to make your teen sim run away in the sims 2 then the teen sim needs to have very low relationships (in the negatives) with all the other sims who live on the lot. the sim will then run away.

when they do run away, you can call the police to try and bring them back, only there is a catch.

if you call within 24 sim hours, there is a very great chance the police will find your teen and they will return home.

BUT if you call after 24 sim hours there is only a 50% chance the police will be able to find your teen. if they don't find them the teen will come back a day before they age into an adult.

Phone the police and report them missing and they should bring them back, if you wait more then 24 hours to phone them after the Sim has runaway the chances of them returning decreases by 50%.

Well; don't feed it, bathe it, take care of it, give it attention, and leave it in neglect. Yell at it, too. My dog ran away twice, but I didn't care. The dog was so annoying!

Only teenagers can run away on Sims 2 but they have to have a bad relationship with everyone in their family.
