You can't mod World of Warcraft and by mod im guessing you mean making new content you can create a private server and mod that by then there would be no players except for you + you'd have to be really good at programming. But if you ment warcraft 3 without the "world of" you can use the worldeditor that came with the game you can find it in the warcraft 3 folder for more help: http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/ Happy Modding =)
