with bots you can do it in custom game if you want to play online just go multiplayer and find a deathmatch server which is like all of them. Most popular would be De_dust maps thats where you will find most players and most servers.

to start cs 1.6 server through garena follow the following steps:-

1)login to garena and choose cs 1.6 from games option

2)select international from there and go to any Indian rooms

3)start the game from start game option after giving the location of your cs 1.6 launcher in your computer

4)after chossing any map start a new game and wait for players to enter your server

Forward the ports through your router.

The default port is 27015.

The IP of your server will be <your ip>:27015. (example: 173.51.2.115:27015)
