How do you play Xbox games on a Xbox 360?

Only a select number of games from the XBOX are backward compatible with the Xbox 360. The following link takes you to a list of compatible games. If the game appears on that list, then you start the game as you would an XBOX 360 game. If the game is not on the list, then, you can only play it on an XBOX.

an xbox 360 arcade is a family game system it does not play any violent games it only plays like arcade games like pac-man and maby uno

you need to have a 360 hard drive to play old xbox games

Only some of the original xbox games work, if you have some just try them all, thats what i did... but only about 5 out of 32 worked.
