There is no way you can play it without disc legally.
If you lost your CD its your own fault,
If you downloaded it as a torrent its illegal, YOU SHOULD UN-INSTALL IT NOW.
but there is still a way ILLEGALLY to get it.
1. download a crack ( can be found on the internet)
2. put it in your ages of empires 3: the Asian dynasty folder.
