How do you promote a guild member to guild master on World of Warcraft?

You apply for the job, www.woweurope.com (Check the Job link, there's a link for Blizzard Entertainment, there you can apply for jobs, You must be +18, and ready to move either to Irland or France (mostly france).

Choose who you want to be the guild master, then promote that person if you are guild master.

Both the guild master and the person you want to give the guild ownership to must be online at the same time. When you are, the guild master right clicks the other person name in the guild roster, and selects the promote to guild leader menu item. a confirmation box will pop up asking to confirm if the guild leader really wants to do this, once the guild leader presses ok, then the other person becomes the guild leader.
