All you have to really do is take the picture. After you are presented with the scenario, the area on top of the camera mode will tell you which pictures you have taken and how many still need to be taken. After you have taken all of the required pictures, the game will automatically 'put the pictures in the magazine' and tell you you have completed the scenario.
