u have to write in the computer special mii in a search engine and click images and then hover over a barcode image to see if it is a celeb/special mii and if it is go on the mii make menu and click on scan/make barcode and click scan barcode and scan it and u will get a celeb/special mii
you go onto mii maker and click view mii characters then click on your mii then click edit (at the bottom of the page)
it is impossible to make a special mii on 3ds but to get the m you just scan a qr code in mii maker (Japan onlly)
go on the mii maker and click on the mii that was on the mii plaza and it tells you if you want to change it and say yes and you can change your person
