If you enable or activate cheats on saints row 2 and save achievements/trophys cannot be earned. If you dont save while you activated cheats then nothing happens.

no, however if you put in cheats to get vehicles ect you can save them to your garage... this is the same with guns also and money that the cheats gave you, will save.

Because you've got cheats enabled. Try loading a different game save without cheats and you'll get them.
