How do you say something on counter strike?

The default key for voice communication is the "K" which can be changed through the keyboard options in the main menu or through Binds in the console which can also be turned on in the advanced settings on the multiplayer tab

To say a message to everyone, press "y", then type your message and press "enter".

To say a message to your team only, press "t", then type you message and press "enter".

i think its c x z the radio commands. then select what you want with a numbers on key board.
