Write a polite email requesting reinstation, e.g.:

I logged in and it said I was banned. But I wasn't on at the time. My user is _____(user here) and the email the account is on is _________@____.com( the account you made the email on goes there)

You can't get "unbanned" after you have already been banned. After you have been banned, though, you can just create a new animal. But I would suggest that you NOT say anything that could get you reported, and eventually, banned again. Have Fun on animal jam and keep playing wild!

To stop a membership on Animal Jam, you can call or e-mail Animal Jam, or you can simply wait for your membership to expire and maybe next time just get a 5-month membership.
