According to the journal in the Shark Museum, to open the door in the ruins, you need to spell OPEN in the ancient symbols on the teeth. You have to press the 4 teeth whose symbols are those for O, P, E, and N. Unfortunately, the translation is page is missing (you can find it on top of the roof of the ruins).
Press the correct four teeth then the nose. Considering all the teeth as one row, left to right, you press the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th teeth.
