How do you turn on cheat engine?

first you should of already downloaded it and installed it. after you have downloaded it, it should be a shortcut on you desktop or if not yu should just type 'cheat engine' in to start search or if your on older system eg windows 98 go to start then run and then find it. after all that you just click and it should come up

u don't rlly turn it on.u first open up the program. then at the top left coner u will see a computer.click it. then it will show all the programs running in your computer in the'prgram list' then if u want to hack a game such as Pokemon from a VBA.This is how to change the values.When u clicked on a program then go to the game(in this example im gonna choose pokeomn in VBA and i want to chang the health)so u go to the game and u look at a value(example 60) and iwant it to chang so i got somthing like inf health.Type that number in the 'value'the let it load then u got to change the value(in Pokemon u go into a fight)all u need to do is just change it even by 1 value is good then type that in the value(ex 55hp) then if u look at the left u should see only 1 code.(NOTE: some games r harder to hack then others) doubble click on it the it should appear to the bottem of cheat engine in the addres list then click on the number that's under 'value' then u can change it(Note" if u searched in bye u can only go up to 231 so change it to a 2bty)sorry i forgot say that when u do ur first scan below u will see'value type'there are btye, 2btye,4btye,6btye,8btye,float(health in some games)double(somtimes ammo in some games)text(don't worry about that i never use it) and btye to double.then once u have changed the value and the very left of that addres click on a box that says freeze.this will allow it not to chang at all. hope that helped OR U CAN TAKE THE TUT THEY GIVE YOU
